Unless stated otherwise, the texts, photos and logos on this site belong to Weventures SRL. They may not be reproduced without permission.
Data collected
The site only collects the information you send us yourself, through two forms:
- the quote request form: name, e-mail, phone, company, group size, preferred date, chosen activities and message;
- the “Call me back” form: name, phone and profile (company, stag/hen party, family or friends, other).
The site collects no other data.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request, draw up your quote and organise your event. It is processed as part of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and then, if the event is booked, for the performance of the contract.
Recipients
Your data is only seen by the Weventures SRL team and by the technical providers acting on its behalf: the website host and the service that sends the form's e-mails. No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as it takes to handle your request. If nothing comes of it, we keep it for no more than 3 years after our last contact. If a contract is concluded, it is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records, which is 7 years in Belgium.
Online booking
The booking calendar is provided by Checkfront (Checkfront Inc., Canada), a country recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection. It only loads once you click. The details you enter to make a booking are processed through Checkfront, under its own privacy policy, and Checkfront sets its own cookies.
Map
On the home page, the Google Maps map is shown straight away; elsewhere, it only loads once you click. Either way, Google then sets its own cookies.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site itself sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. The fonts are hosted on the site. The animation library is served by the jsDelivr network, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the file, without setting any cookie.
The links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube lead to external services, which apply their own rules as soon as you open them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict its processing, object to that processing or receive your data in a portable format: simply write to info@weventures.be.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
